Pilates for Low Back Pain

I am a qualified Pilates Low Back Pain specialist having undertaken a further in depth course of study. Current research has shown that those with chronic low back pain have a greater chance of recovery if they undertake a programme of exercise.
I know that even the thought of exercising can be frightening when you have back pain. I can work with you to assess the movements that cause pain and develop a safe, progressive exercise programme to help strengthen you. For the majority of my clients who have low back pain, this is much improved by regularly doing Pilates.
