I have a particular interest in helping golfers to improve their game with Pilates.  I am a golfer, as is my husband and two sons, one of whom has played for Berks, Bucks and Oxon Junior Team, club Scratch Team and is a University of Oxford Blues Golfer.  Many golfers suffer with injuries and I know that time spent exercising correctly can not only reduce the chance of injury but can also improve your game.  Golf is as much about the mind as the body and the mental focus required for Pilates can help you on the golf course.  Why not spend some time and effort on improving your body not just buying the latest new club?  The investment in your body will provide long term results not just a momentary ‘quick fix’!
